By booking with La Rose Getaway Co, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather disruptions, transportation delays, and political instability. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Travel Insurance Acknowledgment

I have been advised of the benefits of purchasing travel insurance. If I choose to decline coverage, I understand I will be solely responsible for any resulting losses.

3. Third-Party Responsibility

I understand that La Rose Getaway Co acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers. The company is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of third parties, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

4. Health & Entry Requirements

I am responsible for meeting the health, vaccination, passport, and visa requirements of all destinations in my itinerary.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall La Rose Getaway Co be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury, delays, or cancellations.

6. Release

I hereby release and discharge La Rose Getaway Co, its agents, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from my travel arrangements.
